Steps to Schedule an Appointment:

Fill out this form to provide some information about what is going on with your dog.

Contact your primary and any specialty veterinarians to have your dog's records (including lab work results, x-rays, ultrasound, MRI, etc) emailed to palmettovetrehab@gmail.com

Once I receive both the new patient form and records, I will reach out to schedule an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled in your home or at select general veterinary practices.

Following your dog's initial visit, I will email a copy of the evaluation and treatment recommendations report to both you and your veterinarian.
Services & Pricing:
Initial Evaluation - $180 + Trip Fee/Clinic Use Fee
This is the first appointment for all new patients. After reviewing all of your dog's medical records and the information you filled out in the new patient questionnaire, this appointment will be scheduled in your home or at your primary veterinary clinic for approximately 90 minutes. At this appointment, I will perform a complete musculoskeletal and neurologic evaluation including gait and functional assessments, muscle mass and joint range of motion measurements, strength testing, muscle flexibility testing, neurologic reflexes, and pain assessment. We will then discuss the best options for improving your dog's mobility, decreasing pain, and getting them back to living their best life! If further diagnostics are needed, I may refer you back to your primary veterinarian or a specialist for this testing. If time allows, your pet may receive their first laser and PEMF treatment included in this appointment. Following the appointment, a written report of all findings and treatment recommendations will be emailed to you as well as your primary veterinarian. You will also be provided with a short easy exercise program to work on at home.
Rehabilitation Session - $120 + Trip Fee/Clinic Use Fee
This treatment session is scheduled for 45 minutes and may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (stretching, passive range of motion, joint mobilization, etc), massage, neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), laser therapy, and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF). Each treatment session will be tailored to your specific dog's needs. Typically, a series of rehabilitation sessions are recommended depending on your pet's condition.
Acupuncture Session - $120 + Trip Fee/Clinic Use Fee
This treatment session is scheduled for 45 minutes and includes acupuncture treatment, as well as laser therapy and PEMF therapy if appropriate. Typically, a series of at least 4-6 acupuncture treatments followed by a tapering maintenance program are recommended.
Trip Fee/Clinic Use Fee - Varies based on location
A trip fee or clinic use fee will be assessed for each appointment. An estimate for this cost will be provided prior to an appointment.
